Michael Stych participated in our 2023 cohort of Sprint Studio with his company, Contend Legal. Within a few months of completing the program, Michael and his team successfully brought their startup to market, and joined the LIZ's Incubation Program. Today, Contend Legal continues to thrive, recently gaining pre-seed funding (see company corner above).
We asked Michael about his experience with Sprint Studio, here is some of what he had to say:
'A lot of the [Sprint Studio program] content is great for people who are first-time founders or learning about the startup journey. For us, there were some particularly helpful sessions about the venture capital world and what early fundraising looks like for first-time founders at early-stage companies. I remember that as being particularly helpful and memorable.'
